4 Bedroom unit and House are $850 with 2 Bathrooms, and 2 Bathrooms an extra $80

5 Bedroom unit and House are $1050 with 2 Bathrooms and 2 Bathrooms an extra $80

General cleaning 2 hours at ($75 –$80) /hr, depending on the amount of work needing to be done on the residence.  A residence that hasn’t had regular cleaning maintenance will be $85, and a residence that has had regular cleaning maintenance will be $75.
